Learn About NEXA aims to be accurate, current, and useful. This policy explains how information on this site is researched, written, and updated.
How information is sourced
- NEXA Lending’s own announcements, press releases, and published materials
- Regulatory records, including NMLS Consumer Access and state regulator databases
- Established mortgage industry publications
- Direct experience and conversations with loan officers, clearly labeled as such
Each guide lists its main sources at the bottom of the page.
How facts are handled
If a claim cannot be confirmed from a reliable source, it is left out or clearly labeled as unconfirmed. Compensation, fees, and program details change often, so guides note when information was last verified.
How pages are updated
Guides are reviewed when NEXA announces program, compensation, leadership, or policy changes. Each page shows a publication date and a last-updated date.
Independence and conflicts of interest
This is not NEXA’s official website. Its author may benefit if a loan officer chooses to work with her or joins NEXA through her. That does not change the goal of presenting accurate, balanced information, including drawbacks and situations where NEXA may not be a good fit.
