NEXA Lending Launches NEXA Unlimited

In short: On September 1, 2026, NEXA Lending launched NEXA Unlimited. NEXA says the model gives loan officers access to 100% of the revenue on their NEXA loans, starting with their first loan, with no minimum volume or recruiting requirement.

What happened

NEXA announced NEXA Unlimited through a press release and industry coverage. The company said the model is possible because of its scale, recent acquisitions, and lean operating structure, rather than profit on individual loans.

What changed

According to NEXA, the model removes several transaction-level charges on NEXA loans:

  • Flat fees and per-file fees
  • Correspondent funding fees
  • Added margins
  • Closing fees

NEXA Unlimited runs alongside NEXA’s existing NEXA 100 plan. HousingWire reported that NEXA 100 pays 100% of revenue on eligible correspondent loans only when at least one loan officer in your downline funds a loan each month. NEXA Unlimited does not have that requirement.

What it means for NEXA loan officers

The headline change is that 100% revenue is no longer tied to recruiting activity under this model. That matters for loan officers who want to focus on production rather than building a downline.

The announcement did not list which lenders or loan types qualify, or address ongoing costs such as monthly technology fees. Ask for the current lender list and a full cost breakdown before comparing it with another offer.
